После проверки оказалось, что тесты не годятся, но поставщик требует оплату, Обычно подобные покупки приходят сподробным описанием и с кучей накладных. В этом случае обошлись только двумя буквами WH. А в это время(март) люди тысячами умирали от ковида.
Этим занималась комиссия под началом Дж. Кушнера.
